Discount Casino Gear Coupon Codes & Deals 2026

About Discount Casino Gear

Discount Casino Gear is a New Hampshire company that now focuses on custom poker chips for home games, clubs, weddings, corporate events and bars. The range covers direct print poker chips, ceramic chips in 39mm and 43mm sizes, oversized ceramic challenge chips, custom challenge coins, food and drink tokens, poker chip golf ball markers and chip business cards. Ready-to-play custom sets with 300 or 500 chips are also listed.

Every design starts with a free virtual proof, sent within one business day, and nothing ships until you approve it. Printing on the second side costs nothing extra, and the company says it charges no sales tax because it is based in New Hampshire. It sells only physical products for games and events, not gambling services.

How to Save at Discount Casino Gear

• Order in larger quantities. Pricing drops by quantity. Direct print chips start at $0.99 each for 100 to 199 chips and go down to $0.49 each at 5,000 or more, so a single larger order costs much less per chip than several small ones.
• Go over $100 for free shipping. Orders over $100 ship free, while smaller orders pay a $19.99 shipping and setup charge. Adding a few more chips can cost less than that fee.
• Choose ceramic for free shipping on any order. Ceramic chip orders always ship free with free setup, and 39mm ceramic chips fall to $0.89 each at 5,000 or more.
• Compare the chip sets. The 500-chip custom set works out cheaper per chip than the 300-chip set, which matters if you host larger games.

Shipping and Returns

Direct print orders usually ship 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, with paid rush options of 1-day or 3-day production and UPS Next Day Air. Ceramic orders usually ship 2 to 3 weeks after approval, and some can be rushed for an extra fee. Free shipping normally goes by USPS Priority Mail and takes 2 to 3 business days, or up to 5 depending on location. We could not find a published return policy for custom items, so ask sales before ordering.

Tips Before You Buy

• Plan for minimums. Orders need at least 100 chips, with at least 50 chips per design for direct print and 100 per design for ceramic.
• Use your three proofs well. Up to three proofs are included, and heavy design changes after that may add a design fee.
• Order early for events. Allow extra time for ceramic chips, especially before weddings or holiday parties, since rush slots depend on availability.
• Check tier tables on each page. Direct print and drink token pages list slightly different prices at the same quantity, so confirm the price at checkout.
• Ask sales about large orders. The ordering FAQ lists a sales phone line and email for volume and rush questions, which helps when you need thousands of chips for an event.
