Made from Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre grown in sustainably-farmed and family-owned vineyards in the foothills of the Cevennes. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and then aged for 6 to 8 months before it is bottled without filtration to preserve its unique character and flavor.
