Ecovacs Deals: DEEBOT and WINBOT Prices

Ecovacs is a Chinese robotics company that has been making home robots for many years. Its DEEBOT robot vacuums are the main draw, but the US store also sells WINBOT window-cleaning robots, GOAT robotic lawn mowers and ULTRAMARINE pool cleaners.

The Ecovacs range

• DEEBOT X series: the flagships, including the X12 OmniCyclone and X12S Pro Omni.
• DEEBOT T series: upper mid-range robots such as the T90S Ultra Omni and T90 Max Plus Omni.
• DEEBOT N series: more affordable models.
• WINBOT: window-cleaning robots, including the W2S Pro and WINBOT mini 2.

Current offers

The coupon list includes the DEEBOT X12 OmniCyclone with a Buddy Kit at $899 ($651 off), the X12S Pro Omni with a cleaning solution kit at $1,140 ($211 off), the T90S Ultra Omni at $809 ($140 off) and the T90 Max Plus Omni with accessories at $596 ($163 off). For windows, the WINBOT W2S Pro package is $384 and the WINBOT mini 2 package is $211.60. There is also up to 73% off in the clearance section and up to 40% off sale items. A code-based saving on the X12S OmniCyclone and on the GOAT A3000 LiDAR Pro mower is listed on the store page.

Who it suits

Ecovacs suits buyers who want a full-featured dock at a competitive price, and households that might add other robots later, such as a window cleaner or lawn mower, under one app. The T90 models are a good middle ground; the X12 kits suit larger homes.

Returns and warranty

Ecovacs' US store offers a 30-day return and exchange policy. You need to keep the original receipt and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Ecovacs before sending anything back, because returns without an RMA are not refunded. Check the warranty page for the cover on your specific model. Ecovacs also lists a price match guarantee and a trade-in option on its US site, both worth reading before you order.
