OnePlus Phone Deals: Buying Direct From the Brand

OnePlus is a Chinese phone maker known for fast-charging Android phones with relatively clean software. Its official US store sells phones, tablets, earbuds, watches and accessories such as cases and chargers, so you can buy a phone and its extras in one order.

The OnePlus range

The current flagship is the OnePlus 15, which launched in the US in 12GB/256GB and 16GB/512GB versions at $899.99 and $999.99, according to Notebookcheck. The R models sit below the flagship and offer much of the same performance at a lower price. Previous models such as the OnePlus 13 and 13R often stay on sale after a new launch, and the CouponFlick list includes store sale prices for both. Check the exact model and generation on the product page, because names are similar across years.

Current offers

• First order: 20% off your first order.
• Larger orders: 5% off orders over $1,000, and a separate offer of 10% off orders over $1,000.
• Students: a student discount of up to 10%.
• Bundles and sale items: up to 50% off bundles and up to 55% off items in the sale section, including cases.

None of these offers are tied to Black Friday in the coupon data, and the OnePlus site did not show a Black Friday sale when this guide was written. In past years OnePlus has used outright price cuts and free earbuds as launch and holiday incentives, so it is worth checking the product page for bundled gifts.

Who it suits

OnePlus suits Android users who want flagship speed and very fast wired charging without paying the top price of Samsung or Google's best models. The R series is a good choice for gamers and heavy users on a tighter budget. If you rely on years of software updates, check the update promise for the model before you buy.

Buying direct

Buying from the official store means you get the US model with the correct network bands, the standard manufacturer warranty, and access to official trade-in offers when they run. Check shipping and return terms on the checkout page, as they can vary during sale events.
